How It’s Made & Sourced

Our A2 Desi Cow Ghee is prepared using the traditional Vedic Bilona method. Ethically sourced A2 milk from indigenous Indian desi cows is first boiled in earthen pots and cultured into curd. The curd is hand-churned using the Bilona process to extract butter, which is then slow-cooked over a cow-dung flame.
